Killingworth Animal Hospital's Policies

Please contact KAH if you have any questions regarding these policies.

Appointments

To allow adequate time for clients, patients, and procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases always receive top priority and are inevitable so an appointment delay can occur at times but we attempt to see each patient promptly.

For your convenience, scheduled drop off appointments are available. This entails dropping off your pet in the morning for a few hours. The doctor contacts you when the pet has been examined to construct a treatment plan and schedule a discharge time for pickup.

Vaccinations

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. For this reason, dogs must be leashed, and cats crated and other pocket pets be properly contained (crates, cages).

Leash/Carriers

We do not bill and require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept credit card, cash, check, and CareCredit.

Payments
